The Integrated Leader's Guide to Freedom and Flow

Do you ever feel like even though you're giving it all you've got, you're just not getting where you really want to go?
If it feels like you are often spinning your wheels and running close to empty at work (and the rest of your life for that matter), don't despair.

You may have just temporarily slipped out of your optimal zone.

The trouble is, when you don’t realize what is really happening, you’ll tend to lean on the accelerator without realizing you are also pushing hard on the brake.  And though you may be getting decent results, they'll come at the cost of quickly depleting your energy and leaving you feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, under pressure, and even on the verge of burnout.  It becomes harder and harder to get things done, access your creativity and inner wisdom, connect with others and enjoy your work.

But it doesn’t have to be like that.

In fact, quite the contrary -- you can access a state of flow where you'll get the traction you need to make a bigger impact in a way that fills you up instead of sucking the life out of you.

I know this, because I have experienced it myself.  I've spent much my life in the grip of an overachiever syndrome, compelled to excel at everything I did and habitually taking on way more than I could handle -- working myself into a frenzy that often had me collapsing in exhaustion.

I've also spent many years learning and practicing strategies that have allowed me to find a better way of working and living.  From a very early age I was drawn to learning about personal and spiritual development, psychology, mindfulness, stress management, meditation, neurobiology, transformation, creativity, communication and human relationships.  I devoured books, watched lectures, sought mentors, and attended workshops and group sessions on these topics.

And I've not only applied what I've learned in my own life, but as an executive coach and leadership development/ organization effectiveness consultant I've worked with hundreds of leaders and executives over the last twenty years to help them apply these principles with great success.  As a result they were able to do more than they thought possible while enjoying harmony in their lives, allow their work to feed them rather than deplete them, and move from a state of anxiety and pressure into one of passion and flow.

My book, The Pinocchio Principle: Becoming a Real Leader, was written in an effort to share what I have learned both in my personal and professional life.  And now I am piloting an online course, The Integrated Leader's Guide to Finding Your Flow, designed to help people directly apply these concepts, frameworks, tools and methodologies in their own lives in a meaningful and practical way.

The Integrated Leader’s Guide to Finding Your Flow is a four week online training and leadership development coaching program whose goal is to help you access this optimal state where you can think more clearly, get more done in less time, make better decisions, perform at your best and feel a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment with your work and life overall.  You will learn to recognize when you are getting in your own way and take steps to reverse the cycle that leads you to feel overwhelmed, anxious, pressured, and out of touch with your best self.

What does the program include?

As part of this program, which closes for registration on Friday April 29, you'll receive:

·    Four weeks of online training, from Monday 5/2 through Thursday 5/26/16.  Each week will include a one hour live webinar, on Mondays from 11:30am to 12:30pm, which will be recorded and made available for replay. ($2,000 value)

o   Week One will introduce you to the Personal Power Grid and help you to differentiate your level of engagement (which increases performance and joy) from your level of attachment (which leads to anxiety, fear and overwhelm) and become aware of how you are currently approaching your work and the impact that approach is having on your well being.

o   Week Two will give you strategies for decreasing your level of attachment, allowing you to dismantle the parking brake that keeps you from engaging and adds stress and pressure to everything you do.

o   Week Three will provide you with strategies for increasing your level of engagement, your ability to rise up to the challenges and opportunities in your life and bounce back from disappointment, and the degree to which you can leverage all your experiences to help you get where you want to go.

o   Week Four will help you become aware of common pitfalls and strategies for  avoiding them, and give you tips and tools for staying in your zone and course correcting in the case that you fall into old habits and patterns

·     Each week of training will be accompanied by worksheets and journaling activities that will allow you to apply the concepts being covered to your specific challenges and opportunities.  You will have the option to submit your work to me for review, which will include feedback, recommendations and additional questions to help you get the most out of each lesson. ($500 value)

·     Four group Q/A and coaching sessions conducted on Thursdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm MST.  These sessions, designed to allow you and other participants to ask questions, share insights, and work through any difficulties may encounter, will be conducted via a conference call service, which will allow you to call in from any location.  Calls will be recorded and made available for replay. ($2000 value)

·     The option to upgrade your participation to add two one-on-one coaching calls with me to explore in greater depth your specific challenges and how you can apply the principles, tools, and strategies taught in the course to address them.  ($1,200 value)

·     A copy of my book, The Pinocchio Principle: Becoming a Real Leader ($16.95 value)

How much does it cost?

Basic participation costs $997 and includes four weekly training webinars (available for replay), worksheets and journaling exercises and feedback I'll provide on what you submit, and four weekly group Q/A and coaching calls (available for replay).

Enhanced participation costs $1497 and includes basic participation as well as two fifty minute one on one coaching calls to be scheduled at your convenience.

What are the benefits of being in a pilot?

·     Enrollment will be capped at a total of 15 people.  This will allow me to give you a very high level of interaction and attention so that I can determine the best way to address your specific needs with the most applicable and powerful tools and techniques.

·    While I've been sharing the material in this course with clients for several years, since I have never taught it in this particular format before I am offering this pilot at a significantly lower rate.  While you will pay $997, I plan to ultimately roll this course out for the cost of $2,500 to $3000.   This allows you to receive a great deal of value for your money.

·    Feedback I gather from you on what worked well and what you would like to see more of will be incorporated in training videos offered in future sessions.  I will make these updated and enhanced training videos available to you at no extra charge.

What if I'm not satisfied?

If after the second week of the course you feel you are not receiving incredible value for your time and money, I will refund the full amount of your tuition.

Words from Clients...

"I first met Diane 10 years ago and had only a brief experience with her – but it impacted me enough that when I had a situation that needed someone to help think through and address – she was the first person that came to mind.  I have greatly benefited from re-connecting and spending much more time working with her. I would highly recommend someone work with Diane or attend one of her workshops.  You will find something that makes a difference in how you approach your professional situation – and importantly, your personal life as well."

     - Ray Gonzales, VP Human Resources, Freeport LNG

"Working with Diane has really broadened my horizon. It made me realize that I could do more, that I could do whatever I wanted to do. I don’t know if I could have done it on my own without working with Diane. It’s been very transformational for me."
     - Martin Quintana, Chief Executive Officer, Friendly House

"Things for my practice have been phenomenal since I started coaching with Diane. But it’s not just about the financial portion of it. It’s about the harmony in your life that comes with it. It’s about learning about yourself and finding the right path for yourself."
     - Brian Iriye, Managing Partner, High Risk Pregnancy Center

"Working with Diane has helped make me a better business owner, father and husband. Every time I meet with her, I learn something about myself, about my business. I recommend people work with Diane when you’re ready to make a change. She’ll you get to where you want to be."
     - Max Fose, Owner & President, IWS

"Most of us have been trapped in to one way of thinking or looking at things. Exploring the other parts of you that are more profound is something that Diane brings to the table and distinguishes her from other coaches. If you’re not getting the real meaning out of your career, then I would enthusiastically recommend working with Diane."
     - David Filani, Former Principal Engineer, Intel Corporation

"Working with Diane was life-changing. The struggles I was going through on an everyday basis, I couldn’t talk to anybody in my corporate world, or even some of my friends and family. But I was on the phone with Diane every week and that was such a huge relief. She wasn’t just a coach. She was someone who believed in me."
     - Nicole Armbrust, Owner/Running Consultant, JumpStart Running, Director of Clinical Education, Noraxon USA

"Her open and honest feedback was the best performance review I ever got. It got a little embarrassing at times because she was always right but I learned to live with it (: I’m happier, healthier, and find my life and career more rewarding and less stressful."
     - Tim Schafer, Vice President Software, Non-Volatile Systems Group, Intel Corporation

"As a result of working with Diane, I have taken career risks and proposed new scope for myself versus waiting for the next plum assignment to open up. I feel more in control of the developmental direction I’m taking and it is a lot more FUN."
     - Michelle Tinsley, Director, Mobility and Payment Security, Intel Corporation

"I would strongly recommend working with Diane to senior executives and leaders looking to better themselves and their organizations toward a more fulfilling career and admired performance.  Her deep knowledge, long experience and excellent style would add multiple important dimensions to the interaction and truly enrich the coaching experience.  She is not only a great coach, she is also a superb human being and a very insightful individual that I extremely value as a  friend, coach and a consultant moving forward."
